I know this LOOks like your average hook scarf, but it's really not: The step by step pattern has a detachable hood, which allows you to wear t multiple ways.
What I used:
I a 6&7mm hook with multiple strands of different yarns I had available.
800-900m of each
Merino Wool (50g=200m)
Mohair (50g=500m)
mohair acrylic blend (50g=200m).
You may also substitute my yarn combo with any fuzzy yarn around size 5 (yardage 50g=80-100m). In any case, I do recommend making a swatch to see if this is your desired texture. Keep in mind that cotton won't brush out fuzzy.
